Our Mission:
The Geopolitical Capital Club seeks to form curious, thoughtful, and globally minded students by creating a space where prior expertise is not expected, but a willingness to learn is essential. Through interdisciplinary education, venture analysis, and entrepreneurship, members learn to understand a changing world, discern the opportunities and challenges it creates, and transform knowledge into meaningful action. Rooted in Boston College’s Jesuit tradition of rigorous inquiry, reflection, collaboration, and service to others, GCC aims to develop students who approach capital and innovation not only as tools for opportunity, but as means to create responsible and lasting value in the world.

GCC turns global change into practical experience. Members spend the year moving from learning and analysis to building, testing, and launching a real venture together.
The club is designed for students with limited prior exposure who want to develop skills across investing, entrepreneurship, strategy, technology, and operations while working alongside peers from different academic backgrounds. Each cohort contributes to a venture that can continue growing beyond the year it was created.
